Folks. It may be tough to find justice for our own satisfaction. But lets all remember we don’t have all the case facts and we certainly don’t have all the law facts. I hear cheap, uneducated shots brimmed with emotion.

So you have proved the case. To yourself. And maybe some new found friends and close family at home and new found in forums. Geez. I hope I don’t get charged with jaywalking in your town.

Here we are on the brink of groundbreaking forensics and technology, you guys are letting the media forecast your own personal lynch mob syndicate. Siding with anyone on the ‘justice’ circuit, uh… I meant circus, who shares your view. These blogs are meant for unbiased discussion, not the emotion you bring to a game win. We are looking at life, and the loss of.

I don’t like some of what I hear here. And I am unclear on the prime blogger’s objective at times, but the cheap shots are, well, retarded. And not in the savant way.

FINALLY – someone with some sense! Mr. Hornsby, please continue to post your non-biased information regarding this case. It’s great to finally find a non-biased place to read facts/law to back-up or shoot down what’s being reported. I’m so tired of having to read, hear and watch all of the misinformation and the anti-Casey sentiment. THANK YOU!

LOL… I think it’s incredibly funny that you (Mr. Hornsby) are being called a snitch and little cry baby!! You were doing the ethical thing by reporting the unethical behavior of Mr. Sheaffer. If the tables were turn and Mr. Sheaffer reported the behavior of the Anthony defense team, all of these people would be clapping… lol… hypocrites and little cry babies because they Mr. Sheaffer was caught red handed!!! I hope he gets in serious trouble for HIS OWN ACTIONS!!

Mr Hornsby, I am delighted by your opinions on Shaeffer. It shows true journalism and integrity. You refuse to kowtow to misinformation and the opinions caused by it. Please keep up the good work, knowing that not all readers are sheeple who follow misinformation influenced by ratings. We should all be informed of real facts only and then make informed opinons on guilt or innocence. This woman hasn’t even had her day in court, which says all the facts aren’t out there to make an opinion on. We’re all entitled to civil rights, even if we don’t like the crime the suspect is accused of.

I find it far worse that the defense is trying to point the finger at Kronk than that Sheaferr pulled a fast one on his lawyer’s clique or club or whatever that lawyer organization is that I never heard of before. I don’t care if Shaeffer made a bunch of his lawyer buddies mad. Big deal! They will get over it in a heartbeat.

What outrages me is the defense pulling this sleezy motion. Trying to pin a murder on Kronk because of an accusation that a grand jury has already dismissed. How desperate can you get? And Hornsby praises the defense and damns Shaeffer? I think somebody’s moral compass is screwed up.

A lawyer can put forth hypotheical evidence he knows is not true in order to test the strength of the prosecutions case. But taking that as far as to pin it on someone else, who they know had nothing to do with murdering Caylee? It’s just terrible. I know in my heart and my head that it is wrong to do this. I don’t care if it has been legally acceptable since time immemorial. If I am ever a juror in a trial where the defense tries this carp on ME it won’t work and I will make them pay and their client pay dearly for it. They will pay for not only the crime but for bearing false witness.
