There is NO evidence to the contrary. There may be some questions involving the what/where/how part of it but it is obvious who did this. As an American citizen though I hope that Casey recieves a fair trial and that she is convicted by the standards set for any defendent. Innocent people are charged with crimes everyday and if she doesn't get a fair trial it is not justice. There are two pieces of evidence that stands out as what will convict her and there is no explaining them. 1. 31 days of partying 2. bella vita tattoo If anyone can explain these two pieces of evidence I would like to hear it.
