And if the JAC is going to subsidize her defense, okay.
My issue isn&#039;t with someone having the right to adequate representation.  My concern is that our legal system boils down to who got the most out of law school.  Who has better witnesses, who knows how to keep discovery from being admitted at trial, who commands a better performance in the courtroom.
It&#039;s not about getting to what really happened.

It isn&#039;t about real guilt or innocence, because that would be the truth.
It&#039;s about one side being better able to convince a jury that their &quot;version&quot; is the better &quot;version&quot;.</description>

Sad that common sense has left the country. I wonder if anyone even remembers what is in the constitution or how hard we fought for all those rights.</description>
